Our attorney, Brian Cohan, said more than several times that he has never worked with a better broker in his 40+ years. We agree.Whenever there was news to give us, Helen never sent an email or a text - she called and asked to come over and see us with the information. We were kept “in the loop” at all times.The night we signed the contract with her, she was already on her phone calling other brokers to let them know our home was going to be on the market.The brochure she ordered was produced by a professional photographer and the pictures on the internet sites went a long way toward selling our home. They were beautiful!We only had 5 or 6 showings before a bid came in for only 5% less than our asking price. In our past experiences, this was unheard of.On moving day, Helen, came over to pick up the keys meaning we didn’t have to take the time to go to her on a day like that, it meant a great deal to us. She also offered to come early the next day to do anything that needed to be done before the walk-through!!! Unbelievable! Of course, we said we would have everything clean before we left that day. But her offer is one we will never forget.All in all, working with Helen was a fantastic experience and we would not hesitate to recommend her to any of our friends, In fact, we already have.
